Conference Registration Fee Process

All conference participants are required to pay the registration fee. For each presentation, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee.

Registration fee includes

Lunches and coffee breaks for all participants
All sessions and poster viewings are available to all participants
All conference materials

The conference fee does not include accommodation and airport transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
