Registration for PACLIC 40

All conference participants are required to pay the registration fee. For each presentation, at least one author must register for the conference and attend.

Registration Fee

Early Bird rates apply when payment is completed by November 20, 2026, 11:59 PM (UTC+8). Registering before then without paying does not keep the Early Bird rate.

Payment is processed in New Taiwan Dollars. USD amounts are converted at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 32 NTD. Overseas cards are converted by the cardholder's own bank, so the amount on a card statement may differ slightly.

Participants registering at the student rate must upload proof of student status (student ID or enrolment certificate) after submitting this form. Student status may also be verified on site at the registration desk.

Registration Fee Includes

PACLIC 40 Regular and Student registration fees include:

• Access to all PACLIC 40 sessions and poster viewings
• All conference materials
• Lunches and coffee breaks on all three conference days
• One seat at the conference banquet on 10 December, 17:30–20:00
• Participants attending the banquet may bring up to two additional guests at US$50 (NT$1,600) per guest

JWLLP Workshop Only registration includes:

• Access to all JWLLP sessions and poster viewings
• Afternoon coffee break on the final day of the conference
• Access to the PACLIC 40 Closing Ceremony
• No access to other PACLIC 40 sessions or the conference banquet

Note: Registration fees do not include accommodation or airport transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
